Shipping Policy

Shipping is not only free, it's fast. Why should you expect less?

Once you press the "checkout" button, we get moving. Since our shipping department has its craft down to a science, we ship out your order the same day you place it. Place your order before 1 p.m. Eastern Time and once we verify billing and shipping information, we will carefully pack and ship your order the same day. Refrigerated products need more care and might ship the next day. Did we mention shipping is free?

Same-day shipping doesn't apply if your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. But you'll get your order soon after.

Please note: orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the earliest business day. Also, orders over $100 will require a confirmation via email to prevent any kind of false disputes by the customer.

UPS cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO, APO, or DPO addresses.

Where we ship

Are you in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands? Don't worry. We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We even ship to military postal addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

Backorders

We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if your item is back-ordered, we'll stay on top of it. We'll notify you by email and will ship it as soon as it's available, usually within a week or less. For more information on backorders please visit us here.

Delivery time

When you select our Free Shipping option, your order will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service, usually within 5-7 business days, (psst. we are known to under-promise and over-deliver). Delivery time varies, depending on the carrier and the destination. Don't forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays. We also offer UPS Ground  (1-6 Business Days).

Want to check your order? You've got options. Get real-time status and tracking information by phone, through our website, or on your cell phone.

Check your order online:
Click "Order Status" on the top, blue menu of our website. If you have a WellnessHerbs account, you can also log in under "My Account" and click the "Order History" tab.

Check your order on your cell phone:
Our site should recognize your cell phone and send you to the mobile website. Tap "Order Status" at the bottom of our website. If you have a WellnessHerbs account, you can also log in under "My Account" and tap the "Order History" tab.

Check your order by phone: Call us at 1.516.514.3536, M-F: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday Office is closed.

If the status is "complete" or "partially shipped," your order is in the shipping process, but may not have left the warehouse yet. To get more detailed information, check the tracking number for your order.

Temperature-sensitive items

Temperature-sensitive items get extra care! This includes Air Shipping using an ice pack and a Styrofoam Cooler. We automatically add these extra items, along with a flat cooler fee. For more information on our refrigerated product policies and processes please click here.

Homeopathic Potenices will not be returned because all Homeopathic remedies are customized per order. We will not accept returns and refunds for Homeopathic Potencies. We will not approve any returns if the product bottle seal is open upon arrival. orders over $100 will require a confirmation via email to prevent any kind of false disputes by the customer.
