Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy


We at Heavenly Herbals, Inc. want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.   • For orders placed with economy shipping selected, please allow 4-8 business days for the order to arrive through regular mail.
  • Orders with expedited shipping selected and placed by 1 PM EST will ship on the same business day. Orders with expedited shipping selected and placed after 1 PM EST will ship on the following business day.
  • We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Charges & Taxes: Unless a customer provides us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to the acceptance of their order, they are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Heavenly Herbals, Inc.'s franchise taxes and taxes on Heavenly Herbals, Inc.'s net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our shipping facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package. You may also track your package directly through the WellnessHerbs website here. All other inquiries should be directed to our Customer Service department here. All responses to customer service questions will be in English.

Customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from the date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Heavenly Herbals, Inc. will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.

Heavenly Herbals, Inc. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. 

Heavenly Herbals, Inc. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge, not including customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Damaged Packages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

To check on the status of an order or return, please contact us using email or call customer service at 1-516-514-3536. We are available Monday - Friday 6 PM-9 PM EST, Saturday 6 PM -8 PM EST.

Payment Options

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. Once your credit or debit card has been charged, the transaction will appear on your statement as HHerbals, Heavenly Herbals, Inc. 516-514-3536. We also accept check or money order payments online. Please note, if you choose to pay with a check or money order, your order will be placed on hold until your payment is processed.
